Easy to use
It’s been more than 8 months since I purchased it. It’s easy for students to put their id’s in.

Good product for the price.
Overall a good product for the price. I love the backspace button. Absolutely no setup required, plug and play. Good that there is a num lock indicator light. It doesn’t turn on with the laptop though, you have to plug it in while the computer is on to get it to work. I also wish it had the little “bump” on the 5 key for touch reference. The buttons feel slightly stiff, mainly the 0 key, you have to hit it dead center. If you need a 10 key for your laptop and don’t want to break the bank, this is a recommend.

Solid 3 stars, requires effort though.
I bought this touchpad to help enter bitlocker keys during the whole Crowdstrike issue. I immediately gave this to my coworkers since I bought a mechanical one as well and I just ended up using that since it was far superior. The problem w/ the keys is that they require a full press to the end to engage the contact. With mechanical keyboards, the technology has advanced so much that you don't even need to fully depress the key to input a key strike. This technology makes this numberpad somewhat out of place and antiquated as well as difficult to use since you'd need to use a lot of additional force to engage the contact. It works, it's solid, it's undoubtedly solid piece of equipment, but I'd pay quadruple the price for a mechanical numberpad. In fact, I actually bought two mechanical ones. One with blue switches and one with reds. So make a decision based on your own needs and preferences. Otherwise, quality's not bad for the Kadaon and for $5.99, can you really complain?

Maxing quality for the price.
I bought this external keyboard to enter grades with my laptop. It has been very useful for that purpose, and the quality of the product is very solid. For the prize you pay in the quality you get this item is outstanding.
