Is this washable? The ends are getting dirty from many hands squeezing them to make the ears go up.

Dry clean is recommended. If you can't choose dry clean, it is recommended that you hand wash in cold water, do not soak in water, and finally dry in a dryer at low temperature. If there is no dryer, you can choose to hang to dry! IMPORTANT:Water in the air pump unit but not completely dry may result in the unit not working!

The tube on the inside snaped is there a way to fix it

You will have to open it up and fix it then close it up. That's all I would know to do honestly.
