An absolute beauty (thus far)
I've been looking to upgrade from the last laptop that I got 5 years ago. After a cursory, but detailed search I decided to give the E16 Flip a try. I was worried it was halfway to vaporware since I couldn't find any actual reviews about it outside of the announcement-related ones but lo and behold, I had one delivered to my door.I haven't had time to fully test it as I'm powering through grad school, but from the outset it is an absolute pleasure to use. The display is beautiful, the keyboard is decent, trackpad is smooth, and speakers are rich if a bit underpowered. I'm really looking forward to trying to use it with Photoshop and Premiere and seeing how the MSI Pen stacks up and how well it can process. Will update once I get around to it. That being said, I do just want to say that the battery is decent, but doesn't last anywhere near what some reviews said. With battery saver, it probably was on its way to about 6-7 hours just on browsing use. Not terrible, but something to keep in mind.

Heats up fast and hot
I have been using the product for a few days now, I noticed that it get hot after using for a few hours of just browsing. It is hot enough that you may not be able to put it in your lap or arm for 3 seconds. This may have cause the hard disk to fail and need to replaced. Then after a few months the OS got corrupted and also my data.Battery life maybe able to last after a few hours of just browsing. Maybe around 4-6 hours.I won't recommend this product.

Bad plug
This laptop will overcharge/overheat & stop working for almost a day every time I forget to unplug it after charging… I was outside of the retun policy when I realized this. Also, MSI support is not helpful. Now the charging adapter only works if I adjust the cord to a certain angle…very disappointing

Powerhouse for the price
I've used my MSI Summit Flip 16" now for six months. I waited to write a review until I used it awhile since this is my first MSI purchase. I am not disappointed. It is a powerhouse and works as advertised. I use the laptop in business and it performs very well with speed, screen resolution, etc.In fact, we are considering purchasing another for another team member.

I would buy this again in a heartbeat
After owning this for a few months I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded and I wouldn't change a single thing about this machine. Well done MSI.
