Great vitamins! I like that they don’t have calcium in them so I’m not taking too much when I take my calcium supplements.

They're expensive but they work. I haven't gotten so much as a cold in years

These vitamins give me great energy. I've tried others that have not worked, but this one does! It's great!

It's a great multivite; was recommended by a new naturopath who told me I was getting too much Vit A in my old one, which was causing dry skin. Since changing, my dry skin is much improved. Shared the product with my former naturopath who read the label and agreed it is a good product and has extra "good stuff" in it. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is because the tabs are very large and some people may have a problem swollowing.

Just received the order today and am a bit disturbed that no mention was made that one must take six tablets each day. They are not small pills either. I will give the bottle a chance and update my review at that time.

Received order the next day. Use for daily multiple vitamin.

Since I started taking these vitamins, I have noticed an increased level of energy and am very pleased with an improved feeling of overall health!!

Good supplements but lots of other unhealthy ingredients added. Pick a healthier alternative if you can
