nice looking watch and has good functionality, app as usual the weak point, seems to be the standart for all these smart products let down buy very poor apps.

I've had my smart watch for about a month, I love that it's easy to set up and synchronises well with my phone, the battery life is superb, it looks really elegant and beautiful too. I use it to check my blood pressure but I can't guarantee it's accuracy (the reading does give me an idea). It does encourage me to meet my daily targeted step by prompting me to get up when I've sitted for too long. I'm able to monitor how well I sleep. It's a best buy.Only downside is the sleep tracking, I do nightshift sometimes and wish it could track my sleep during the day and not only at night.

I wanted a simple watch mainly to count steps. This looks good and does the job well, but be careful to rely on some of the other features.The good parts are the watch itself, comfortable and with a range of fascias to pick from. The step count is good and the heart rate checks seem good also. You can get it to display messages too or let you know if you have a call which can be helpful.However, the sleep monitor is absolutely useless. Some days it seems to think I go to sleep at 2am when I’ve been asleep from 10pm. If I sit for a bit after getting up it assumes I’ve gone back to sleep as well, despite the level of movement being much more than a bed shuffle.I’d be careful to rely on the blood pressure monitor too, these things simply cannot accurately measure with this kind of equipment, so certainly not a substitute for the real thing.The WhatsApp display function didn’t work for me, so not everything works as it should. But I guess for what you pay you’re getting a decent bit of kit, if you ignore that it slightly over promises.Battery life is good and the mobile app is useful.

Chosen as initial purchase was not possible to connect to phone and was way too complicated to set up!Happy with the size and weight of this device - strap is a little small and I have medium wrists but it is comfortable. Amazing choice of downloadable watch faces - gimmicky ? Probably but you can choose a face that gives you none or alot of information. Battery life - undecided - was 41% on night on day 2 so charging again so don't lose sleep data. Clear information and can set brighness in the app which helps. Extremely easy app to pair via blutooth to phone - up and running in minutes.Gives lots of team sports data but not rowing or eliptical trainer so you may need to sort that out by time / another app to record stuff. On the whole happy! Took out optional 2 year insurance just in case though as the £22 - £25 fitness trackers have all broken in a year so hoping this wil actually last ! Love the magnetic charging its so easy.

This has been great so far for my wife who uses it to log her runs, however after 3 months the battery charges to 100% and then wishing a few minutes is down to 2% which is no good to anyone after only 3 months. Seems impossible to contact the seller.Update** have changed to 4 stars as managed to contact seller as they have been kind enough to send a replacement citing a possible faulty battery. So really good customer care, we’ll see how the new one performs

Love this what the only problem I have found it is so awkward to charge let's it down

I like this watch, its comfortable to wear & has the ability to change the face. However it tends to return to the default setting for no reason which is really annoying it also does not stay connected to the app making many of its features redundant. Fine for the money, but I wish I'd bought a better one.

Received my watch at the beginning of August 22. Took a best part of a week to set the sleep cycle up. Then after a few days it stopped again.It doesn't track steps very accurately either. Apparently walking 5miles, I only incurred 1824 steps.App is OK, but not great or easy to use.I have decided to buy a different brand.
