use the same as any other toothpaste. i use it once a day and it helps a lot. i use hello brand the other times i brush.

is this toothpaste gluten free?

There is no gluten allergens listed in the ingredients. I'm also a mom of 2 Celiacs, one of them uses this and has had no issues. I can't guarantee it, but I am fairly certain that it is gluten free.

Almost all of them do not show the ingredients in English language. Why?

Since they are bought in Bulgaria, they are made for their market and are in Bulgarian language
