Small and wobbly
This is pretty cheap so I guess can't really expect much. Easy to assemble, but narrowly spaced and too short for my preference. Also very wobbly. Maybe I need to tighten it a lot more or something, but going to look for a better option.

Awful quality don’t buy
This thing is going to tip over putting anything on or off of it. It says in one part it’s 12lbs and another that it’s 6.16 (2.8 kg). It’s 4lbs (we just weighed it) and it is the flimsiest thing ever. My towels will weigh more than this especially wet. So disappointed. If it was $20 that would be appropriate but not as listed. Hoping to return so I can buy something that can actually hold a towel without falling over taking one off.

Great product, HORRIBLE SERVICE
Product looks fine but with a HUGE dent. Not seller fault Amazon please stop ruining and damaging good products. I would give it better stars but it’s an obvious HUGE dent. Not happy at all

Shaky
The towel rack is functional but unsteady. The arm move too much no matter how much it is tightened. Pull a towel off and the one on the next arm hits the floor. I keep in my shower and it looks cute.
