I love this thing. With hardwood floors, regular yoga mats or even thicker ones can be very uncomfortableto use. On thee other hand this mat is so plush and comfy. I use this to exercises other than yoga like pilates, stretching and some TRX exercises and it is the best.I'm actually ordering a new one. We got a new puppy and she decided to do a number on my poor mat. So, that one is getting sadly disposed of and I'm ordering a new one now that the dog is older and properly trained.

Good, solid construction. I’ve had both knees replaced so I needed a mat I can do floor exercises on.

The wider width is great. The thickness is excellent. Love the color. But if you are planning to hang, beware, the holder rings came out after a couple of uses. Luckily, I do not hang mine so it was ok. I did glue it back in place in case I do decide to hang at some point.

It's thin

It is perfect. My older (and large) dog are not as nervous to jump off my bed, and I no longer have to worry about them getting hurt. So pleased. Very high quality
