For the money, these are just perfect. Connected with the smart app and alexa immediately so I can now voice control them and set a timer. The colours are great and the brightness can be controlled from a dim glow to fairly bright. The box and USB connector are small enough to be kept in a water proof outdoor plug box connected to a USB plug so I can have the lights outside and so far have been fine. Its been raining constantly so overall I'm buzzing about these.

These are excellent. I’ve sewn them onto a felt Christmas tree for my toddler. The lights can be controlled with remote control or a phone app. They were appealing because they do the rainbow colour from top to bottom. The bulbs are really sturdy and are dimable. Can do lots of different combinations with them.

These started great but given how quickly they've started breaking I'm not sure I'd recommend them.The lights are easy to set up, can have the colours/brightness changed and using the app can be timed to come on and off at different times which is good for waking up. The controller it comes with also works very well.However after having the lights for a couple weeks some of the lights would not be the colours we set them to, and instead would shift to a bright blue or a bright green, this happened particularly if we were using an animated setting or on a dimmer light setting.More recently one of the bulbs has become unresponsive. It is a lot dimmer than the others. When we turn the lights off it does not always turn off. And even when it does turn off it will the periodically flash on for a second and off again about once every 2-5 minutes, which is quite annoying in the bedroom. We have now positioned it so it can't be seen from the bed as easily.

I bought these for an illuminated parade I was taking part in, and they really work very well in all respects!

Bought these as outdoor lights for Christmas to run round the front of the house.The wire is thin enough that it's easy enough to run through the window given I don't have any outside power so that's a massive plus, the wire is also very light weight so it's very easy to attach with gutter clips.They also work with Alexathat's the real positives out of the way.these are smart which is what I was specifically looking for so I can control from my phone and set timers for them. I use smart life products regularly but this was an absolute pain to pair to the app, I had very almost given up when it finally started working, however now it has connected it has remained so without issue.The light patterns are disappointing and thought they may have been more customisable than they are (they are preset and you can't edit them) and they aren't exactly christmassy, more novelty. Despite there appearing to be loads of preset options on the app, they all seem to be pretty much identical.I decided in the end to set this to static white, although the whiteness is a bit questionable, the best I could get was a yellowish tint or a pinkish tint.There is one rogue bulb in the run of lights near the end of the string which is a different colour to everything else, for example if I set them blue that bulb is green, or white, it's dark yellow which is quite annoying and incredibly obvious.All in all, had I paid more than the £10 I did I probably would have returned but for some cheap, Alexa compatible, waterproof lights I'll put up with the annoyances
