After reading reviews and realizing a flat bottom pan was key to prevent leaks, we went one step further to ensure no leaks. We sprayed a generous amount of cooking oil onto a hot pan, pressed the mold firmly into the pan, ensuring the bottom of the mold contacted the oil, then dropped in the egg. Even though the pan was not perfectly flat, this method worked great to prevent leaks and give us perfectly cooked round eggs for our egg sandwiches. I imagine some butter in the pan would do the trick also. The molds works fine and cleanup is a snap.

The molds work better with an edible mold release.

These seem to ONLY work on perfectly flat, cast iron pans that have 0 warping. There does not seem to be a nonstick pan that has 0 warping, they all warp when heated (even $140 nonstick pans). This results in the egg spilling out from under the ring.I have tried hundreds of times now with 12 different types of nonstick pans, different temperatures, pouring the egg extremely slowly, etc. It always fails unless I use a perfectly flat cast iron pan (which takes FOREVER to heat and is more of a pain to clean than a standard nonstick).Ultimately I just gave up on these rings and just cook the eggs with a spatula.PS. This picture I took is the best result I've had on a nonstick pan. This is the time that it leaked the least.

Bought these because I like fried egg sandwiches. With these I can make my egg the same size as my bread. Be sure to get the ring and oil hot before putting in the egg and it works beautifully. Clean up with these is a breeze. Highly recommend.

Was a little unsure when I received them. Followed the directions and did the first egg. Wow, works better than expected. Nothing stickers to it, high hear doesn’t affect it. Highly recommend. Two muffin sized and two toast size.

Product is good quality and design. Long handles are nice. Scrambled egg ran out from under ring.

These really work! Eggs cook more evenly and easy to cleanup, will go in the dishwasher or hand wash, either works great.
