Santa Fe Ole Extra Roasted Green Chile Medium (6)

These chiles are great. We first had them in New Mexico and now order them online. Other brands sell Hatch chiles, but these are the best. The double roasted green are my favorite. I use them to spice up soups, stews, on meat, and in my tuna salad in addition to all the wonderful Mexican and New Mexican dishes.

The shipment arrived exactly when anticipated and in excellent condition. The extra roasted green chile is excellent in flavor. with the kind of heat I anticipated. The extra roasting adds a smokiness to the chile that adds a dimension to it. I am using the first bottle over time, adding it to chicken corn noodle soup, to omelets, to everything. I look forward to using the chile over the rest of the year. It adds far superior flavor to those little cans from the grocery store.

This is the best green chili and can be used in so many dishes. It has a flavorful amount of heat that intensifies the longer it is cooked into a dish. For those who don't want a dish that's as hot simply add it at the very end - you'll still get the flavor, but less of the heat. I've had the fresh roasted chili from Hatch NM which is wonderful, and this tastes just as good.

This is as good as you can get, without going to New Mexico and picking them your self. No other canned or bottled green chili will do.

Great stuff. It’s as good as the frozen chilies I bring East from Santa Fe and a lot more convenient. I don’t think my six jars will last very long.
