I've been using this product for quite some time and it's definitely worth using when I'm washing my hair I don't have a lot of hair going down the sink and even with my stress I noticed that in general just doing my hair my hair is not falling out in clumps this is very affordable and I have an auto shipped every month and as long as they keep the quality the same or better I will never stop using this I don't know if this in particular will grow your hair because it's really just meant for your stress not to affect your hair and so far with these vitamins my hair has not fallen out and it does not affect any of your other hair vitamins because I do not use hair infinity regular vitamins nor does it affect any of your medications
