Q: How many arrows does it fit?

It honestly fits twelve arrows with the insert. I strongly urge you to use the insert so you don't screw up your vanes / fletching.

It did have a slight smell, but it wasn't a mold or mildew smell. It was just a basic "plastic" smell.

12 with insert into the quiver.

Completely adjustable from24"-39" plus foam thickness. Works great for my application.
