Purchased this item in 2017 and it was good until today April 9, 2022. I will now have to put them to rest and buy another pair.

I bought these mainly for cutting raw chicken bones for my dog that is raw fed. I washed them prior to using them and find that they are quite difficult to open and close. They cut the bone well enough, but I came close to getting a blister on the inside of my thumb because I had to squeeze so hard to get them to work. Just tried to cut a coupon out of the paper and they didn't do that very well either. Unless they loosen up, they are pretty much useless

Has never cut well. Tried sharpening to no avail. Looking for a new kitchen scissors.

I was attracted to the fact that it was take-apart and that it came with a convenient magnetic storageTwo starts for those, but the benefit pretty much ended at these side-features.In terms of the actual product itself, I was extremely unsatisfied and am returning it to Amazon.The scissors are super stiff to use, and seem to get worse and worse the more you use it.The blades themselves dont cut very well either. I tried cutting a packet of refrigerated chicken open, and couldn't even cut through the plastic packaging.Very unsatisfied, would not recommend.

OK. These kitchen shears are awesome. The additional functions might not be the best selling point for me; I have yet to scale a fish in my kitchen. But the style, the size and the basic function is great. They come apart for cleaning and normal use, which is massively important for a kitchen tool like this. The handle is just big enough for my large man hands, and the magnetic holder is sturdy enough to keep it on the side of my fridge. Very happy with this purchase.

The scissors/shears are okay, but the magnetic holder is very weak. It slid down the side of our refrigerator and broke during the first week.

The scissors are not exactly what I was wanting. They are good, they just come apart too easy while using them.

I've had them for a month or so and love them. I have used them mostly for opening packages and cutting meat. They are super easy to take apart and clean. And the magnetic holder is truly convenient! I keep them stuck to the side of the frig, right next to the stove. I've gotten good at sliding them in and out quickly, like a quick draw cowboy during a duel, lol!
