LEGO - Minifigures Series 5 - ZOOKEEPER

I've already named this Lego figurine Jane, even though I have not give it to my son for Christmas. It is a cute figurine with her chimpanzee friend and his treat. I will admit it was difficult to get the chimpanzee's hand in the Lego figurine's hand, along with the banana. I'm sure my son will have it figured out it no time. I just am so impressed with the variety of career Lego figurines - its a fun way to teach kids about what people do around the world.Great service - product was packed nicely and in great condition!

So, I originally bought her just for her head. She has the perfect face that looks just like someone I know. Her body is great cause I was able to take the head from my other lego and put it on here and it doesn't really look like a female's body. Although, in real life these outfits don't really completement anyway. A fun lego/body to have for my collection and a surprise when kids come to play.

This is cute enough, but I specifically picked this one out cause it looked like a boy, and I had already bought a few other girl characters for my daughter. It looks like one, right? Well, when you get it and turn it around, there is a very girly pony tail on her head. I wish they had clarified that. I wouldn't have gotten it. If you are fine with a girl, then get it. Cute enough. Also the banana is a bit over sized for the girl and looks a bit strange.

Not commercially packaged, but all pieces were included. No complaints.

I bought this minifigure for my 10 year old son. He absolutely loved it. It’s exactly what he wanted. It arrived on time.

Normally when a Lego minifigure doesn't come in its original packaging, there is a note in the description that the minifigure is "loose", meaning it has been removed from its original packaging and repackaged into a small clear zip-closure bag. The description did not - as far as I could see - include any mention that this one was "loose". Unfortunately I had purchased it to go in a birthday party goody bag, and all the other minifigures for the other guests are in their original packaging (I have intentionally only purchased ones that were not "loose" so all children had the opportunity to open the foil bag). I am frustrated because I felt misled. Of course, this minifig is great as a zookeeper minifig. It is just that it has already been opened.

I really love the Lego career women minifigures. This one is one of my favorites. My only complaint, admittedly a weird one, the banana is too large. Very out of scale for either the chimp or the zookeeper.
