Product faulty
Delivery for product was fast and efficient. Unfortunately there is a slight blemish in the plastic on the toilet lid. As I have had the toilet seat fitted, I have decided not to send it back. I have attached a photo (not the best), you can just about see the slight ripple in the moulding, just above the light reflection.

Not as described
The material is described as "plastic". The packaging says "wood and plastic" - I was looking for a plastic only toilet seat so the wood would not rot and discolour when cleaning with disinfectant.

Buy a known brand!
Bought Bemis as its a good brand as per original.Very sturdy and top quality metal chrome plated mountings.
