Incredible design – somebody was thinking! Can't argue with the design at all. Loved it.This is going to sound crazy…but I swear the scents gave me intense bad dreams. Gave to it a friend.Thought I would put the craziness in a review, just in case somebody else had the same experience. (Did not bother my wife BTW)

I was actually really excited to try this Black Moodo Smart Diffuser. Sure it’s pricy, and the refills are $30 for a set, but I figured I spend that on candles a month anyways. So fore it sounded like a good idea.Im the box you get the diffuser itself with the cord, and 3 refills. The refills come in sets of 4 and each of the 4 scents is different but complimentary to the others. For instance the Gardens of Kanazawa has Divine Rose, Grandma Vanilla, Neroli Citrus, and Sandalwood Mahara.Setup was very simple, just put the 4 scent pods in, plug in the machine, and choose the settings you would like. The settings are easy to figure out, you can do all of the scents or any mixture of the scents you would like. For instance I can do only one, or pick two or three, or do all four of them at once. This is done by clicking the button that corresponds with the place the scent is in. You can also choose the intensity between 1, 2, or 3.Now the machine works exactly like it says it should, and I have absolutely no complaints as far as the machine itself and the overall quality. So why the 2 star review? That’s because the scents are all horrible! Im not super picky with scents, but I can tell the difference between a cheaply made one and a good quality one. After trying all 12 of the scents that come with this there was only one I actually liked, and 2 others that I could tolerate. The rest are so bad that they make me nauseous even thinking about them. And like I said, I’m. It usually picky at all with scents and have no problem with strong scents. But the quality of these is akin to something I would expect to find from the dollar store, it’s not even Glade plug in quality in my opinion…

I really really REALLY wanted to love this diffuser but first it took so long to get it connected to my phone that I gave up the first day. When I tried again a few days later, I was able to connect it to my phone after a few tries. I am a scent lover and I melt scented wax every day. I wanted to use this in my bathroom so I would not have to worry about having to change the used up wax daily. Unfortunately I could not smell the scents much unless I was standing right next to it even while having all 4 scents running at the same time on high. I closed the bathroom door to see if that would help but even after more than an hour I could only smell it slightly. I love strong scents that hit me as soon as I walk into a room, so this diffuser is not for me.

This diffuser is a great idea. I was so excited to use it. The app is easy to set up and use. The four scents, not the best scents in my opinion, can be combined to custom create what you prefer. Refills are a little pricey but if you are use to spending money on candles or Scentsy then it isn't bad. I just really hope there other scents are better than what comes with the machine! Super concept and idea!

The fragrances are great. I like that the app allows you to adjust the levels. The issue I have with this is the cost of refills. I dont know that the app and modern take of home fragrance can justify the cost of the refills. I have used this on and off because I didnt want to run out quickly but I am debating the cost of refills.

I really like the idea of being able to create different custom scents by mixing different scents together whenever I want without needing to manual switch them out. It’s easy to do so with the smartphone app depending on your different moods and vibes you are trying to create. That being said the included scents aren’t really impressive. They aren’t very nice, but are okay overall. Like I said, I like that I can adjust the intensity of each one whenever I want to so I can make a scent I’m comfortable with. This is also good because you might get used to one mixture and can adjust it so you notice it again. Overall really like the idea and hope it gets better scents to use in the future.

It works perfectly! Anyone can be able to set it up. It is so simple. Love the smell and the concept is brilliant. Thank you so much.
