Great item
I’ve used this several times/day for the last 2 weeks. Stays so nice and cold! Fabulous, large size.

Freezes Solid
Hi there- The product stays cold but it freezes solid and does not mold to shoulder, knee, etc. Good material and good size, but I have to time when I put it in the freezer and when to pull it out in order to ice properly.

Ehhh
Decent size, but you can't leave in the freezer to use when needed because it solidifies and is no longer pliable. I got it for my knee but it was so solid I couldn't shape it without having to wait a while for it to melt a bit. The liquid inside solidifies to one side as hell, no matter how you lay it in the fridge- odd. May wind up returning it if I can't get used to it.Update: only used it a handful of times, but because it freezes solid, it caused the ice pack to break. I can no longer use it.

Two Stars
Ice froze inside too hard - had to wait for it to defrost to use it.

Works really well and stays cold for a good while after removing from the freezer
Works really well and stays cold for a good while after removing from the freezer. I'll typically let it freeze overnight and remove in the morning and it stays cold to cool for several hours after.

I put the pack in my standard kitchen freezer to ...
I put the pack in my standard kitchen freezer to "freeze" and my only complaint/issue is that the cold pack froze so SOLID that is is not pliable to bend around my knee. Its stiff as a board.

The pack when heated usually stays hot about 30 minutes (I prefer the hot on these areas better than the cold and where it does
Okay I know this says it is a Knee Gel pack but I have been using it for my shoulder and back and neck area. I have a torn rotary cuff they did not heal right and suffer from chronic pain in these areas and sometimes I can not always take a heating pad every where I go. The Abco gel pack can travel with me and I can put it in the freezer at work or microwave to heat it up when I need some relief. The pack stays flexible after freezing so I can bend it around my shoulder and neck area and stays cold for around a hour and a half. The pack when heated usually stays hot about 30 minutes (I prefer the hot on these areas better than the cold and where it does not stay HOT as long as the cold that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). The pack is well made and seems to be doubled layered as the description said and does help with ached and pains. Again I have not used this on my knee so I can not say how it works there but as for the rest that I mentioned it does a great job!

It works fine. register the product on the website to get ...
This review is for Knee Gel Ice Pack by Abco Tech item # B01NAH3GLR. It measures 13.5" by 11.5". It is folded when it comes. The gel stay on one side of the pack. When you try to flatten it out, it is about 1/4" thick (at most). I cannot find any instruction on the box about how to heat it up. I visited the web site try to find more information, I cannot even find the product on their site. I try to use the microwave to heat it up, I believe my microwave is around 1000W. I folded it in half, did 30 sec on one side, turn it and do another 30 sec, test the temperature and add 10-15 sec at a time till it reaches your desirable temperature. It is soft and flexible. My husband uses it to put it around his neck and shoulder and lien on it on the pillow. I use it for menstrual cramps. It works fine. register the product on the website to get lifetime warranty.
