Company has an excellent reputation and I am not going to dispute it. I just had a problem with one purchase. I ordered six cans of Grace akees. They came very nicely packed and there was no apparent damage to the box. Unfortunately, every single can was dented and I know the danger of eating food from dented cans. I contacted the company. They said they would replace the damaged cans but I would have to pay for the return postage. I was not pleased with their answer because I could understand one dented can but all six? I refused to pay and felt it was their problem. Just be aware of their policy and be aware that dented can food contents are not necessarily safe for human consumption. They do have an excellent rating and I am sure it will remain. Six dented cans was unfortunate.
