An insightful and useful addition to your journey of betterment!
The Self-Sabotage Behavior Workbook is such an insightful and useful addition to my journey to betterment. I was able to identify my self-sabotage “styles” and address how they affect my daily life. The author has an amazing ability to explain the various types of self-sabotage in a way that is completely relatable, while sharing the science behind the “why” and providing the tools and a safe space (found conveniently throughout the book itself) to self-reflect, track and become a Sabotage Warrior!I highly recommended the Self-Sabotage Behavior Workbook if you’re looking for direction (or an extra boost) into leading a healthier & happier life!

Belongs on every shelf if you've ever had a stuck point
Having read self-help books by Marsha Lineman, Dr. Mark Epstein's books that meld Buddhism and western thought, Dr. Seti truly takes the most direct approach to getting past some of our most common hurdles in a manner that is approachable, workable, not intimidating, and in digestible chunks. As I read section by section I was either able to self-identity, or see characteristics in my loved ones now for what they are and learn to work with and not against them and not as character flaws.

I love this author!
This book and the last one published by this author have been so helpful to me. This subject matter I haven't found in other self help books! It's easy to read and comprehend. She's wonderful at showing how to achieve balance by fostering healthy habits, letting go of negative ones, and giving you practical tools to help manage your life and get what you want. Cant wait for the next one. Brava!

Content seems okay but very cheaply made
I found this book disappointing, especially for the price. It’s cheaply made, the pages are so thin that a distracting amount of text from future pages shows through. (The “what we can do about it” in my photo is on the next page, showing through). It’s 137 pages of content with bigger type than usual and 15 of those pages are either completely blank or a title page to split the sections. It’s called a workbook, but there aren’t many exercises and those included seem like an afterthought tacked on to the end of chapters. No new information, seemed like a handful of blog posts put together in book form for $17.95.
