I was really excited to have in my car to help have a truly wireless car experience: wireless carplay and wireless charging. When I turn the car on for the first time I can use the dock. However, when the car turns off during a stop (auto ignition on/off), either the 12V port turns off and stays off or the device loses its connection and will no restart until you unplug and plug back in or power cycle the car. I will be looking more in-depth into this but this is currently not allowing me to enjoy the device.

I have a rubber phone case on my phone and when I accelerate the phone always slips and stops charging. I feel like it shouldn’t be slanted or have a lip all around to hold it in place. Also tried it without my phone case and it did the same thing. Will be returning.

This product works and fits well in the car. Only issue I had was my phone case is a smidge too big for it to fit ( width wise ) . If you have an otter box style case that’s is a bit thicker than average cases , consider changing your case or looking into another product .

It worked great at first then the charging pad quit working and I can't get my phone to charge. The blue power light is on but it doesn't seem that the power is coming to the charging pad. It was easy to install and I like where it was positioned.
