I wasn't sure how to feel about this process as I've never done anything like this before. I've had braces and I have metal and soft retainers so I'm use to the molding process. Doing it yourself is different, but instructions are good and it worked out well.The mouth guards I received are very good quality. Thick and durable. These things are better made than my orthodontist ones I have to occasionally get replaced due to them getting holes from my canines. I'm very impressed with these. Would recommend. It was a easy process, you'll just have to be patient with waiting for your shipment to come in.

I was excited to see it's possible to get a mouthguard for less than at the dentist. I still have my old one but it's pretty worn out and yellowed by now, so creating a fresh new one felt great. I did originally think this was a top and bottom piece, since they send top and bottom molds, but turns out it's just the top piece. Mine is a bit too tight and I've kept on wearing my old one because I'm afraid it won't loosen and may hurt my teeth or give me headaches, but I plan to slowly work it in. The company told me there is an adjustment period and then it will fit more comfortably. Fingers crossed! It looks durable and is very clear, shallower, and lighter weight than my original.

Dentist’s order- for the prevention of over grinding of the teeth.Who would ever imagined you can buy a kit for a customized mouth guard without having to be at the dental office. For me the over the counter ones didn’t work very well and they do not fit.Here are my observations:Cons-— This kit is pricey compared to the ones you can buy from the convenience store but I could imagine the process do take a skilled staff to perform. It would be great if the insurance covers these preventative care.— The kit comes with a set of mold trays.Pros-— View the instructions first. It will take some practice just to get the right mold so these videos are important to view.— Superior BPA free materials— Ask for assistance if needed per my recommendation.

There're so many products out there claiming to create the perfect night guard and I've certainly tried many. The initial quality of the molding products sent to create the molding are very durable, easy to mold, and easy to use. They make the initial process of creatimg the mold so much easier and they give you different sizes to choose from to create the best fit. After creating my mold they supplied me with a postage paid return evnvelope to send my moldings to. They are supposed to now make my retainer matching the molding I sent, and will send the final personalized product to me when it's done. I'm very excited to see when it comes and will update the picture then. I'm very hopeful with these because the supplies given were very similar to everything they used at my dental office that I had to pay over 600.00 for, and that was just for top ones. I desperately need bottom ones too because I grind at night, very bad. This also helps those who have TMJ, paralyzed jaw, overbite, underbite, crooked teeth..you name it..can be ised for multiple purposes. I got These specifically to help train my jaw to have a resting space again. If these come back the way I think they will, I will be ecstatic and will have saved so much money at the dentist again. I will keep you updated. As of now, I highly recommend this nightguard. It's as close to dental office quality as I could ever get and it's very cost effective! Thank you

The mold was super easy to do and fit my teeth perfectly. This is way cheaper than at my dentists office.

Before you look at this item and think that it’s expensive, I can tell you that a mouthguard that you get fitted for at the dentist will cost at least 2 to 3 times more and will not be any more effective than this bite guard. It is super easy to create the mold, and it will fit your teeth perfectly. If you have a habit of grinding your teeth, when you sleep, I would strongly recommend this product.

I ordered this night guard as my old night guard starting getting worn out. This one fits way better and is perfect for my heavy nightie clenching. The process was easy and fast!
