LE LEMATEC HVLP Gravity Feed Air Spray Paint Gun 1.4 mm Nozzle 600 cc Capacity

I'm super impressed with the quality materials and construction of the Lematec High Volume Low-Pressure Spray Gun with 1.4 mm Tip. The gun is perfect for spraying base coat and clear coat automotive finishes and full adjustment of the spray pattern from flat to round is possible. I was able to get great results with the gun more than paying for itself with the first use. I also ordered Lematec's Digital Air Pressure Regulator which fit directly between the air hose and gun and allowed for precise control of the inlet air pressure. Clean-up is easy with a quick flushing of Lacquer Thinner or Paint Thinner. The gun has a nice balanced feel and a comfortable hang grip/trigger mechanism. I'm confident that I'll get many years of trouble-free operation but the gun comes with a service tool, detailed exploded parts diagram, parts list, troubleshooting suggestions and repair instructions.

The sprayer works great. Definitely will hold a quart of paint.

It got the job done as u can see would I buy it again no and the reason is the 24 dollar green hvlp gun from harbor freight sprays so much better and for an extra 10 bucks for a year no question ask replacement if u let the paint dry in the gun you get a new one

Its really well built. I was surprised considering most ones you get from odd places are pretty rough and cheap. I tend to use them a couple of times and trash it once it no longer keep up. Like one other reviewer it looks really well machined and all the parts seem thought out. I like the fact that the hopper has a metal nut on it instead of either being a swedge fitting or just a plastic threaded piece. I haven't painted super precise things with this yet but from the tests it looks to be a good gun to use.

This Spray Gun is not cheaply made. I am leary of purchasing products online when they need to be perfect. However, I was not disappointed with this spray gun and would recommend it to a friend. The adjustable knob is easy to use and you get the precise paint job done just like you'd expect. No worries with the rust proof stainless steel nozzle either. My son's are always doing some sort of project and this was just what they needed for their never ending projects.

I use this spray gun in my shop to spray Uposterier glue and it works perfect

The spray gun will spray paint but the spray droplets are not fine enough for a smooth auto finish. Be prepared to deal with what looks like orange peel texture. Switched spray guns to my old spray gun and problems were resolved so it wasn’t an air pressure, painter or paint related issue.

Prime member. Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered one, came without the regulator. Returned with explanation of missing parts and reordered. Second one came the exact same way, no regulator. Submitted a return based on missing parts again and specifically requested to be contacted. No-one has bothered to contact me. My opinion is their entire shipment is defective. DO NOT ORDER!

Thought with the past good reviews I'd give it a try. Atomized ok but tip leaks and spits. When I pull the trigger for the air, it backfeeds a little into the cup and you can feel the paint bubbling. Did one panel, wasn't impressed with it and went back to my tried and true devilbliss gun. 1.4 tip is a little large. Might be better with a 1.3. Going to be just for primer now.
