My 4 years old son refuses usually to brush his teeth with this toothbrush he found it fun and does it alone now !

It’s too big for kid’s mouth and my kid’s using it just like toy but not for brushing teeth.

Too big, doesnt clean properly
I bought these for my 4yr old son and 2yr old daugther.Both of them liked it as its a unique way of brushing their teeth but i notice that its not cleaning the teeth properly.Its too big for my 2yr old daugther where it mentioned its suitable for her age.
