Ac wont turn on although the controls move around once I programmed to my vehicle.

Don’t buy.
We only bought this because my hazard light on my stock stereo stopped working an buying this was cheaper then buying another stock navigation. Not sure where to begin though. It gives no clear directions on how to install it’s all in Chinese and the pictures are blurry. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out. You never know when the apps are gonna work they can crash at any moment. I was getting help from the actual seller. But then they stopped responding. Only gave two stars because it did help my explorer pass inspection and it looks nice in my truck.
