ThorlosJmx Maximum Cushion Ankle Running Socks

I have purchased Thorlos socks from the store in the past, and even though I've had them for two years they are still everything that the advertised socks I bought 'Are Not'. My old socks are thick, cushy, comfortable, and white. The Thorlos I bought here on line were 'Not' as thick, 'Not' as cushy, 'Not' as comfortable, and definitely 'Not' as white. They are a dingy cream colored light beige, and positively not white. After wearing one set of socks for the first time, one sock was already beginning to fray around the toes and have some of the woven fiber start coming loose. At the beginning of the day they weren't as thick and cushy as my old socks, and at the end of the day I felt zero cush in them. My older socks still start ot thick and cushy at the beginning of the day, and at the days end they are still thick and cushy. I don't know if the company changed the way they make these socks or if I got some type of knock off socks delivered to my house. But I was thoroughly disappointed after paying $150 for twelve sets of socks. I love Amazon, but I will definately 'Not' buy this sock on line again.

I have bought Thor Lo socks for 30 years. They were thickly padded in the toes and heels providing comfort and protection. These new ones are substantially thinner. They are not worth the premium price. Other brands are about the same quality as these new ThorLo's and sell for less. Very disappointing.

The socks arrived yesterday, and two out of the three pairs had absolutely no packaging whatsoever.There is nothing labeling them thorlos either. I am an avid Thorlo user, and I wore one if the two pairs that were not in the packaging to see if they were the same quality, and they are already piling up and fuzz was coming off all over them. I am very disappointed and worried these are knock offs based on the packaging and wear and tear after one use.

I like that they're plush, but the thread count is a bit loose for my taste, so they stretch a bit farther than I'd prefer, especially if I'm putting on tight-fitting shoes...the back will slide up as I slip on the shoe, so an excess of sock material is bunched up in the back. If these had tighter knitting, they would fit more securely. Also, I'd stay away from walking among grass/weeds/shrubs, as they seem to be a magnet for plant life, and it can be a time-consuming chore to extract all the bits without fraying the material. That said, their thick padding is very appreciated on long walks, helping to prevent blisters in my forefoot/toes.

These are honestly the best socks I've owned in my entire life. My first set was a gift at least 10 years ago and they are still going strong. No holes, tears, rips or even loose threads. These socks are a little bit on the thicker side which makes them perfect for in boots and when you go hiking. I purchased multiple sets because I would rather have many available and just wear my favorite socks everyday. I wouldn't say that they are.. attractive per se.. but they are definitely a worthwhile investment.Also they actually stay up all day instead of scrunching down along your ankle.

I like thick, padded socks, and these socks are perfect for me. The heel and toes are well padded, and are very comfortable for long walks. They are made in the USA, which is a big plus. I have had Thorlo brand socks and they have lasted a lot longer than may other socks. They are pricey, but worth the extra cost for me.

Very nice quality socks with padding, and just high enough to avoid chafing on the achilles or sides of the foot in somewhat higher-walled shoes. Warning: these are quite thick, so not for exercise in hot weather, I'd say this is a 30-50 degree running sock, not 50-90.

i needed some extra padding with my Dansko Professional clogs, which have a hard footbed. This particular product has extra padding on top of the foot as well. Now I can easily spend 10-12 hrs a day on my feet in the clinic without foot fatigue. They also help pad a bunion and hammertoe on my right foot. They have washed up nicely with no pilling so far. I love Thorlos socks and these are no exception.

I've been wearing this brand of socks for probably 30 years! In fact, they are the only kind I wear! I have plantar fascitis and heel spurs which mean I have to wear socks that provide maximum comfort and breathability and offer the thickness I need for everyday walking. These are the only socks that have ever offered me that so as soon as one is eaten by the dryer, I'm buying more! I LOVE these socks! They are a life saver for my feet!!! :)

I like the Socks as I have several pairs but my order seemed a bit odd to me. I ordered 3 Pairs and one pair was in a Package but the other 2 pairs were loose. So I assumed they were opened packages or someone tried them on before and were resold to me!

Purchased the socks for golf wear. After several uses, I have found the socks very comfortable. will purchase again when I next need socks for golf. I also like that the Thorlos socks are made in USA.

Thorlo are my favourite socks for tennis. The padding is good and they wear well. Seem a bit pricey but they last a long time.
