Height of the machine could have been more compared to other machines .product wise so far seems to be smooth and good

I am very satisfied with the machine. Smooth and comfortable to jog on..My only issue is I don’t know the exact speed, since on other machines I run at 10km/ hour but on this I am able to manage a speed of only 8.Now the issue is with the older machine or this one, I will test in a day or 2 when I am able to use a 3rd treadmill.That apart it’s one of the best gym buys

It's been few days using this beast from Sparnod had a wonderful time till now. Few things which I have liked about this treadmill are below.1. A perfect running area for tall people 6 inches and above.2. AC motor a bridge to use and quite silent mostly.3. Speed changes are smooth and don't feel jerky.4. Build quality ia amazing.5. A big digital screen is a amazing to look at covers most of the parameters.6. Emergency on/off mechanism was a great touch.Overall a big thumbs up for my side for the price.

Let me share my views:I couldn't use it because I have received a damaged product. Used once during the demo,Pros-1) Easy start2) Very less sound3) Good pick up4) Good customer service. Same day installed.Cons-1) The belt on the treadmill is not good. Low quality. You could feel it.2) Though the seller mentioned of shock absorption, but I didn't find it. One could easily feel the pressure on the knees.3) The handle bars are two low, which makes it difficult to hold when you are running at over 10 km/hr.4) A made in China product. The old saying with Chinese product- "Chale to chaand tak , warna shyam tak". Seems like I have received the one with "shyam tak ".5) It feels uncomfortable. Seriously, the belt was not smooth. Too much friction.6) The picture looks much better than the real product.Not recommended.

It’s a good treadmill for home use. Build quality should be improved. Heart rate sensor doesn’t work properly. Other features are excellent.Main issue is the customer service. They are extremely rude and greedy. Installation was done after several reminders and follow up. Even during the warranty period, they asked me to pay 1,500 visit charge, which I refused. And they didn’t bother to come for service and problem resolution. I had to do it on my own. And they always ask to transfer money in advance even before the site visit and problem identification.
