I am not happy with how this order was received, the box was all damaged when I collected it erupted and tatty in appearance does not give a good impression to the product purchased. Not happy

WHERE DO I START, such a luxurious feel you can tell instantly from the appearance when it arrives that it is really good quality, the packaging is beautiful and looks like a present... even after one night of sleeping with this pillow my skin the next day was less puffy and inflamed, I can't believe I have gone so long without a silk pillow in my life lol as dramatic as that sounds it is seriously a life changing item to your skin and beauty care routine.
