SunnyLight White Light Daylight Lamp | Super Bright LED Panel Light with Adjustable Brightness up to 32,000 Lux and Multi-Position Stand

I've been so pleased with this light - it has a soft button (not raised, not separate from the frame, it's integrated into the frame and it's touch-sensitive). It took me a little while to get used to tapping the button, but now it's easy. It has three settings, and I must warn you to be prepared for the two brighter settings! Don't look straight at the light! The first setting is about as bright as another light I used to have. The manufacturer said 5 ft away was therapeutic, but the instruction leaflet recommended much closer, I believe it was around 11 cm. So I have it about 18 in from my face, and that works for me. I do have to say that after using it for 45 min to an hour every day does make a difference. I have PTSD and Bipolar I, and I can tell every day after I've used it that it has made a difference in how I feel. The only thing I don't like about it is the stand. It's separate from the light, and has several different adjustments so you can put it at the angle you want. The light itself is about the size of a long tablet. Overall I'm very happy with it, and highly recommend it.

I've been using this every day for a couple months and swear it has made a really positive change in my mood and sleep cycle. I just set this sucker up on my desk and enjoy the benefits while I work. Don't use it too late in the day otherwise it will mess up your sleep. Read up before you use it to make sure you are using it the best way possible to reap the most benefits.

Purchased this light as well as the "Boston" branded one. Upon receiving the lights, I realized they were EXACTLY the same, only branding on the lights was different. This one claims up to 32,000 while the other light claims up to 15,000. I honestly can not tell the difference between the two when they are turned on. That being said, I do think this light does give off a good amount of light, and does help with the sunshine effect. Easy to use and the stand works well too.

The sunnylight white light therapy lamp is a wonderful item. I was skeptical at first due to the fact it had no review and was a new item. Let me tell you that I do not regret the purchase. The product has different settings for brightness, the size is perfect like an iPad size and the base can be adjusted to multiple angles for desired positioning. I use this in my office all the time since I am usually stuck indoors most of the day.

The stand for this wasn't sturdy and kept falling off, maybe I wasn't using it correctly, but it was a very flimsy piece of plastic. The light worked fine and only after a few days use I found my sleep pattern improved.
