horrible have searched for months for software or install help and still found nothing and have not been able to use the cam!!!

Very Sketchy- no instructions / no support
Horrible! Got this camera so I could check in on my pets. I have several other connected devices in my home and have a wifi security camera in a vacation home. Setting up wifi devices is nothing new for me and I consider myself "tech savvy".This device comes with no instructions, in fact it is hard to even tell what name and brand this is. After scan the box it came in trying to see if it gives any instruction I found a tiny QR code that led me to the app store to install an app on my phone- dont try to youtube it- there are no videos for installation. I downloaded the app which was also of no help. Trying to set the network up it uses what it calls sonic scanning to find your network- your home must be dead silent. if it hears a voice the process has to restart. After running this app for 15 minutes it was not able to find my network. Set up offers no other manuel way or instructions to set up the device.There is no contact or support information provided- this device is just not worth it- very sketchy... I am returning it.
