DIYHD 8FT Ceiling mount sliding barn wood door track stainless steel ceiling bracket hardware for interior door

I just received this item, and the screws included with the roller units are not the correct length. They will accommodate only a VERY thin door panel 1/4-inch at most. I am mounting a 1.5-inch panel per the stated specifications. Seller's website is in Japanese. It's a specialty screw, so it's not like I can just order a replacement elsewhere without the correct specs. Amazon is unable to reach DIYHD via contact #, and does not have an email on record.The product is made well from quality materials. I'll be happy to update my review if I can get resolution from DIYHD, by sending me the correct length roller screws.As others have stated: Instructions are very poor so be certain you understand what your doing before buying this item.

Instructions are incomplete and not all of the parts listed in the instructions were included. The cylinders that are supposed to slide into the tube, to connect the tube to the ceiling brackets, would not slide in because of the burrs left inside the tube by drilling the mounting holes. I had to use a dremel tool to grind out the inside of the holes so that the cylinders would slide in. This is a beautiful item and I have high hopes that I will be able to make it work but it will require some finagling and trial and error on my part to get it to work. With a few minor improvements I think this could be a great product.

As far as I can tell I also received screws that are too short for mounting the rollers. The picture they provide shows long screws that can fit a door width of 1 1/2" thick. The rollers I received have no space for a door to fit between. Not sure how to contact the seller to resolve this issue.

Worked well for my application. Nice quality, heavy duty.
