The bracelet I received was actually way too small for me. I have purchased these sabona magnetic silicone-ish waterproof bracelets a few times, mainly from Rite Aid. I'm currently wearing one now & have another if the same new condition as a back up. I personally love them they, for the most part, have an understated look, a low key clean look. Whatever the magnets and the gauss whatever the heck that is, whatever they do, I swear by it they really do overall help me maintain easier & more comfortable, flexible movement while walking, in my arms, back, in motion or even in bed, or sitting up watching tv. I noticed that they work well for me, when about s year ago, I bought myself this very same patriotic white one at rite aid, and I wore it day in/out for better part of a year, until recently maybe 2 months ago July-'16, I had taken it off, to give a quick rinse & clean, then showered, it snapped while putting it back on, I wasn't thinking & stretched it a bit too much, so after a year I wasn't gonna cry about it. Anyway, I didn't go and get a new sabona for maybe 5 days, when I had the time. I wasn't thinking about the fact that I did not have the thing on, or wasn't in any kind of pain, severe, mild or otherwise, I swear around the 2nd day I began to have discomfort in my lower back, then 3rd day my right knee(which has been operated on), by the 4th & 5th days, I was in such a horrible space & mood because my back was killing me, & I was limping around because of my damn knee acting up. During the 5th day, is when I looked at my watch for the time, & something clicked & I realized/remembered that, wow, the sane exact timeframe of pain I hadn't had the magnetic bracelet on. I got right in the car went to rite aid and all they had was 2 in black but my size. I put on b4 I even paid for it as they know me there & know I'm obviously not trying to steal, so, lastly, by the 7th day or 2nd w/new one on, the discomfort gradually disapated. And been good since. Anyway my issue again w/ this particular purchase it said large but was more like a medium. All I needed at the time was a return/refund. The seller/and/or Amazon took care of it almost immeadiately. I strongly suggest using this seller for any other needs you might have.

without truly believing .... i forgot to wear them for a while... (maybe a month ) and my hands started seriously being in pain!!! (to manny steel posts pounded)... so i ordered new ones, wearing them and my hands are so much better!!! still old but less hurting :) ;)
