Helps a lot
So I only started back swimming this year, got stuck at about 10 (25m) lengths and had to stop and take a break, got this thing and stopped at 50 lengths otherwise I'd be late for work. It didn't help my breathing technique at all but fine for me as I just wanted to do loads of lengths, can I swim any better? No. Can I swim a lot longer? Yes

got mine for my daughter who is a professional swimmer-she said the mouth bit is too big and uncomfortable (too be honest looks awful and unsuitable shape for children or your people).Does the job-fit well, does not come offI would not wear it myself as it shape puts me off
