I've been getting my hair keratin treated for the last couple of years and it changed my life and broke my wallet. I have type 3A hair and was never taught how to properly maintain, style, or take care of it. It was too frizzy, too thick, too time-consuming and I always preferred to have my hair straight.A normal treatment for my length and thickness of hair is around 600 dollars for 2 sessions every year and each session takes up to 4-6 hours to complete depending on if I want a classic or super sleek treatment. One day I decided to look online for any at-home treatments and saw some reviews and youtube videos on this product, and saw how cheap it was for almost the exact same results. I was very skeptical at first over the thought that I could do this at home, by myself for less than $100 and finally decided to try it. It was the best decision I've ever made.Follow the steps to a T and you will find yourself receiving the exact same results as you would in a salon. The process was simple and took about 3 hours to do for 16 inches of hair. The smell is pleasant I find, but it is VERY strong and it does burn your eyes if there is not enough ventilation. Please note if you've never had a keratin treatment before that this is NOT a ticket to completely straight hair and it is not permanent. It will make your hair much less curly and frizzy, it took my hair from 3A to a 2A/1C and while I do still have some frizz it is not anywhere near as frizzy as it was before. I've also noticed and insane amount of hair growth with this treatment but you will be disappointed if you go in with the mentality of this will give you sleek, straight, 24/7 results without using additional heat styling tools.Unfortunately, I did not take any before and after pictures but I can assure anyone who has had professionally done keratin treatments before or who is familiar with the results that this is a perfect at home procedure.

I followed the instructions-shampooed twice, blowed dry, put in the product. Combed through, removing excess, blowed dry, flat ironed. I waited 3 days to wash my hair. I did hit it with the flat iron in a few places where I tend to be frizzy. For an over the counter product without formaldehyde, I think this is a good price and reasonably effective. Not quite as good as a salon, but easy, convenient, and much less expensive. The photos are a few days after, no heat applied, just brushed it off my face.

Although the instructions say you can wash it out after 3 hours, I chose to leave it on for 2 days. I have had treatments for 30 yrs now. I did this myself as I couldn't get an appt with my stylist.Fabulous results. You have to know what you are doing. I have long hair that is frizzy, curly, wirey, wavey and thick. It's stick straight, silky and shiny today!

I put this product on yesterday and was too impatient to wait the 3 days and the 2 weeks to dye it. I washed my hair after a day, and it stripped all the red out of my hair.I washed and dried my hair and then put a red hair dye on the following day. The results are amazing. Really soft and happy with outcome. Will deffo use it again.
