Worked great
We moved into a home where the previous owners allowed their pets to urinate on the carpets, which seeped into the wood. We applied this easily to the saturated spots and instantly noticed the urine smell disappearing. We have had new carpets down for a few weeks in direct sunlight with no notice of the smell. Worked like a charm!

Needed replaced but killz customer service was great
The paint had separated and wasn't mixing well. I contacted killz directly via email, and within two hours they had corrected the problem and mailed out replacement paint for us!The replacement mixture works great!

Solution for pet odors on subfloor
I used this to seal a large section of subfloor before laying new flooring and it worked pretty well at sealing off most pet urine odor. It was easy to paint on and I used two coats. I think the cats still smell that spot a little bit, but I can't, and they have not destroyed the new floor. :)
