Chatfields All Natural Premium Carob Powder, 16 Ounce

I expected 12 16 ounce containers as the title clearly implies instead I received one container which leaves a disgusting taste of fraud in my mouth. Extremely poor value for the money.

I haven't been able to eat chocolate for a long time, and I missed it. Someone told me to try carob. Made these carob brownies and I am so happy! Can't tell the difference. I am anxious to try some of the many recipes online for candy and cake as well.

I ate the carob bean for a number of years because I read that it is good for strengthening bones. It did just that according to my DEXA test without my taking any meds. When I returned to the USA, I could not find carob bean that I could afford. I was glad to discover the Chatfield's affordable Carob powder on Amazon recently. I mix the powder with my oatmeal, add milk, and microwave. That makes a nutritious and delicious breakfast. I highly commend Chatfield's Carob Powder.

Great substitute for the choclate lovers , taste same , caffeine free and healthier than choclate.

Have a coworker who is allergic to chocolate and I like to bake brownies for my coworkers but he can't have normal brownies. I used a brand before this one and the carob brownies kept coming out... Not the intended effect. But this brand did what it needed to do. Mind you each batch I made had been tweaked everytime so this opinion of mine might be biased. Either way, I got the recipe that makes my coworker jump with glee using this brand of carob powder!
