Works well, have no complaints. I have no one to take a video of me using it so you'll have to do with my hand pulling it

Better then using rope attachment
Way more comfortable than having. To use the rope attachment. The handles slide around a little and are made of hard plastic. Would have like a softer handle but still serve the purpose great. Use it every ab workout

It's "OK". NOT for heavy weight.
I was hoping to end my searches around the gym for a rope or strap attachment to do my cable crunches and add some comfort at the same time. Unfortunately, this was not the magic bullet I thought it'd be. Not to say it's a bad product as it looks like it's made to be durable and useful for, say...housewives? I can see it being GREAT for lighter weights, but don't try to pull anything reaching 100lbs, definitely not above 100lbs. The V-shape does fit nicely around the neck, but with higher weight amounts, the handles are practically useless and I found myself losing grip by the end of my rep range.
