I loveeee this toothpaste! It’s worth the money and it works like a charm.

I was checking into a hotel, and the lady behind the counter had the whitest teeth. To the point I actually asked her what she was using, they looked that good. She said charcoal toothpaste, so I ordered some. First, the taste on this one is totally fine. Not strong or overwhelming, but fresh and minty as one wants toothpaste to be. It's easy to control the amount you squeeze out, so not messy. And it works. The first time I used it, I could tell my teeth were whiter, and after a couple weeks they looked really good.I've used Sensodyne for years and years, so I was a little scared that the sensitivity would come back when I switched, but it hasn't. After I had my yearly cleaning and the hygienist told me to use Sensodyne for a couple of days because she expected me to be a bit sore, but I used this, and have been 100% fine.The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the mess this makes in the sink. The charcoal sticks to any soap residue on the porcelain, and I constantly have black spots all over the sink. It's not enough of a problem to quit using it though.

Tube squeezes out very small amounts of paste, despite my feeling like you need a substantial amount on your brush to properly clean your teeth. Its very very dry, but most charcoal products are. I advise rinsing with one swish of water first before brushing.Tastes like what youd imagine it would, being charcoal, but I've tasted much much worse pastes. I dont mind the flavor for this brand.Doesnt seem to whiten any more or less than any other average toothpaste ive ever used. Crest whitening always seemed to work best for this, but I'd rather work harder for my whitening than continuing to use fluoride products.Overall, this is a good product. I'm satisifed that amazon lets me subscribe to a new tube of this every few months for a good price and its one less thing to think about when shopping.Recommended.

I'd considered trying charcoal toothpaste to help whiten my smile for a while, but was hesitant. I don't like whitening strips a.) because they're uncomfortable, taste bad while in use, and hard to keep on and b.) because I'm worried about enamel damage. I noticed that my teeth looked whiter (and when I say white, I mean a nice, natural lift in color, not that almost-blue-white some whitening strips result in) after brushing with it twice a day after a couple of days. It's now my new favorite beauty product. A couple of reviews I read said that it doesn't foam and that the tube is small. Mine DOES foam and I think the size of the product is pretty standard for the price. I would recommend using a different toothbrush to use with this product than your regular brushing toothbrush, just so you don't mix the two pastes and your regular brush doesn't turn black.

I've used the charcoal and baking soda and I like both. My teeth feel clean and fresh. I like the fact that it has clean ingredients. The whitening part it's a bonus.
