I like the Case because it stated Protective, it limited items to carry, for convenience. Standing still in the driveway having conversation the Wallet of Wallet dropped off the WRIST STRAP, hit Concrete, chipped 1/4 down on right from corner edge of cell phone causing a chip, and slight Crack 1/2" across, and downward glass.There is protective shield attached/on cell phone glass lense and over Camera lense, which also cracked.The WRIST STRAP DURABILITY, STURDINESS is not securely fitted tighten or attached to anything but PU SOFT LEATHER, nothing to prevent stretch, or pull, secured, or dropping away from its Strap that ensures a secure seal between the Strap and walletBrand ZZXX, STATES PROTECTIVESamsung S21 Cell PhoneYes it is insured but costing me $150.00 not seen as preventive damages. Think twice before purchasing this WRIST CASE. It need to be recalled too improve. It holds all of my cards incredibly well, and I really like the color and the material, which perfectly fits my phone!My criticism would be the zipper pouch - it's tall enough, but not wide enough to hold my bills unless folded twice, and occasionally had minor difficulty with the zipper at first.Making the pouch itself detachable if you don't need it or the extra card slots would be a nice improvement as well.That being said, I'm definitely going to continue using it and would recommend it!

I had one similar for my old phone, so when I upgraded I knew I wanted the same thing. It is very durable and sturdy, easy to carry with the strap and makes it to where I don't have to carry around a purse I just grab my phone and go ! The raised lip on the front and on the camera really helps to protect from cracks. You won't regret buying it !!!

I love the look and feel of this case and it's exactly what I was looking for but the space where the phone should securely fit is slightly too big. I thought I would be able to make it work but the phone falls out. Also, the magnetic closure does not keep the case from flying open. I will return this one and keep looking for a case that securely holds the phone

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE POCKETS TORE AND MY CARDS WENT DOWN TO THE BOTTOM.AND IT DIDN'T HAVE A SPACE, EVERY TIME I HAD TO REMOVE MY PHONE FROM CASE TO TAKE PICTURES
