Very easy to use and the suction is really strong! Great for my mother to get in and out of the shower. Highly recommend!

Suction not for all surfaces
I ordered two sets of these. One of the surfaces was in a plastic shower stall which worked great; the other was ceramic tile which you cannot rely on to put your weight on and which also pops off on its own after several days.

Not happy
The item originally sent appear to have been open and/or used. Item showed smudges. They got returned. The replacement package was torn up n item individual baggie again opened. One appeared smudged. The other one was clean. Used that one.
