Tastes nice and keeps iron levels up
Frequent buyer of this. I mix it with my plain protein shake and tastes nice. Keeps my iron levels up as I’m vegetarian so need that extra boost. Would be better in a tub as it’s a little messy but that would make it less environmentally friendly.

I don’t like the texture but it does the job
It’s a health drink. It tastes decent and the quality is good but the texture is rather powdery and grainy but that is a common issue with all powder drink mixes like this. Most palletable one I’ve had. No pain no gain !

Quick and Easy Nutrition Boost
I always struggle to meet my 5 a day, so anything to add a bit to my life is always welcome. Used this years ago when it was just " green apple" flavour. Genuinely loving the "apple and lemon", tastes more like a lemon sherbert sweet. I was worried it was going to taste like floor cleaner, but it is very nice.Great product, mixes well, tastes great and packed with a lot of things I would otherwise struggle to fit into my busy daily diet.
