Very thin pieces of foam. Also did not come with adhesive backing like it stated on the box.

Low quality misleading marketing INEFFECTIVE
The product is MUCH thinner than it appears in the photos, flimsy, is not self adhesive so sticking the panels on is problematic, most have fallen off the walls within 24 hours. Noise reducing qualities are almost nil. I would not recommend this and will be throwing mine in the bin. Very dissatisfied
