Brilliant for peppercorn sauce.
I chop a couple of teaspoonfuls and fry in butter with a half onion and garlic. 1 tbs flour stirred in, and stir in about half a pint of milk gradually, to simmer for a minute. Finally add salt and Lea/Perrins to taste, and there we have a hot pepper sauce fit for anything.So much better than trying to use black peppercorns for pepper sauce 😂
