General Chemistry Laboratory Notebook 1st Edition

It is ridiculous how much textbooks cost today, especially for those of us who do not get financial aid. Unfortunately, most of my college texts are not available on Amazon. I don't know how the publishers manage to keep these out of the discount chain, but I end up paying over $1000 per semester for books at my college. My Chemistry book alone cost $217.00.At least I could save a couple of dollars buying this lab book here. It is the exact same lab book required for my chem courses, but costs less and there is no tax or shipping charge (if you are Amazon Prime).Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and the book arrived in perfect condition.

I'm used to cloth-bound laboratory notebooks, but as one of my classes required me to turn in carbon-copies of my lab notebooks, I went with this spiral bound book. All told, this lab book worked out great, the covers are sturdy, the paper is not too thin, and there is a lot of space to take notes and record data.

This note book is great. It's pages are already divided for you and the header has room enough for your name, that of your lab partner and the Experiment Title. Each page is already numbered and the Index is pre-printed so it's easy to update. It's sturdy enough to handle being juggled around in my back pack. I would buy this again.

I have went through 2 or 3 of these as a science major, and have only ever used one other lab notebook to compare it to. This one is spiral bound so you can fold it back on itself with no trouble and the binding has not given me any trouble like it does for cheap notebooks. The carbon sheets work fairly well and stay lined up nicely. There is a fold over insert to lay behind the pages so that you don't press through several sheets, so that is handy. I wish the insert were a little longer because it doesn't completely extend over the whole page, so I find myself tugging at it. It is good quality for the price and can sometimes be used for more than one class!

This is a good nb used for lab when you need to hand in raw data along with your lab report. In addition, the price is cheap compared to the book store price.

It's the same one as the one for my chemistry class and the same one in the bookstore. However, it's cheaper by 5$
