Absolutely amazing with recording trumpet!
Recorded trumpet and absolutely loved the results with this ribbon mic. Definitely plan to pair with some other instruments and pres.

Great intro ribbon!
Definitely worth the money, definitely a nice intro to ribbon mics! I'll upgrade to something with a little less noise (there's a bit of a hum) at some point, but for now I can't afford a crazy nice ribbon and this does the trick for getting a warmer, rounder sound on harsher instruments.

Very good microphone.
Very good microphone for my purposes. Captures great, dynamic vocals without having to be too close to the microphone (which is what I wanted to avoid). The most comfortable mic I've ever used (& I typically dislike using mics).
