I am pretty impressed with this power bank/spy cam. I thought it was just going to record video but it has audio as well. The power bank charges up my electronics nicely and while sitting inconspicuously on my desk, it is recording you so look out! You need to purchase a micro SD card and download the app to your phone but it was simple to connect to my home wifi and be in business. When an alert goes off, it snapshots it and sends it to your phone. You can even share the camera with others that log in so they can monitor things for you, too! Picture was clear and sound good, not great, but good and when you pop the SD card into your PC, you can review all instances. You cannot even tell its a camera since the light looks like its charging. Sweet!

This item arrived with a broken reset button. It turns out that that's a big deal and I was never able to really use it. It seems to have some nice features if you can get it to work, though. It does look just like an external battery charger with no obvious hint that it's a camera.

Works as expected

Great product! It looks exactly like a power bank (which it is) and you can never tell that it is an actual camera. Great design and works great. The quality of the video comes out great and it was easy to set up.

Dead on arrival! Even after an overnight charge, unit would not power up. Buttons do absolutely nothing (including the reset). Could not get the unit to link up on Wifi (of course, no power). Very difficult to get the micro SD card in and out (once you figure out how it is supposed to be inserted). Instructions are unclear and very poorly written. Example from the manual...."Here comes a Micro SD card for SD card recording. Hold golden fingers of the Micro SD Card towards the specifications, insert it into the slot".....WHAT????? If the manufacturer is going to market products into English speaking countries, can they not at least find someone that speaks English to write the instructions?I would have looked past all that if I could have at least got it to start up. Item returned.

This product stopped working after the first day of use. Both LEDs turned solid and the device would not turn off or reset. Disappointment.

As I write this, there are five 5-star reviews of it. They are bs. You can tel by the way they are written, they are from the company, even though they say verified purchase.I've had this thing for a full 24 hours and have only been able to record myself playing with it trying to explain to a tech-savvy friend how it won't connect or record, and then for the following 30 minutes. This entire time, it said it wasn't connected. Then when I finally got it to "connect" it was unusable. I followed the user manual; both the one that came with it, and the one on the sappywoon website. Still nothing. I could connect and view, but only while I was still near the camera. Despite being connected to household wifi, once my phone was on LTE, the camera was "offline" and unusable. Thereby defeating the purpose of having a remote camera.I bought the expensive version over the cheap version, even though I couldn't see any difference between them. But the cheap version had a ton of bad reviews.Lesson learned. WillNever buy a product from this company again.

I bought this spy cam because I wanted to see who was taking things out of my office. I set it on top of the motem so it looks like something was charging. I found out who it was and am taking action. I also heard voices of them talking to someone on the cellphone. The sound was pretty good although it could stand slight improvement, I was able to hear what I needed to hear. Now, I'm just spying on everyone in my office.
