To make a long story short, if the manufacture was honest about the range on this thing, I would say it's a descent 20-25 mile range scooter. Mine died at exactly 20 mile mark, but I do weigh 220 lbs.It is a very well built unit. For those who are looking for a scooter that will look just like the commercial, rental scooters, this would be the one to choose.Unfortunately for me, the false advertisement about the range and max cruising speed (I was getting 15-16 mph max), did it for me. I sent mine back. If this was a $600 scooter I would say keep it, but for almost $1000, there are many better scooters out there

The range is awesome 👌 the battery last for ever I weight 230 pounds and I zip right up them hills... heavy duty scooter very good build quality, the blue light at the bottom helps people see you and it looks way color them other scooter ... I got 2 of them and went to ride in Central Park, Manhattan New York... I had people with other scooters asking me where did I get it. Couldn't be happier. The suspension is a most ... I’m 6ft and 260 lbs and this shooter holds me great. Has great climb and really long distance. Cool lights also. Not the fastest, but I’m not looking for fast. I get about 13-14 mph on average. I would definitely recommend. It’ll take you far.

Shame on me for trying a lesser known brand. It only had a few reviews. I was stranded when the scooter wouldn’t turn on. There is no customer service like Apollo who answer in seconds. They had Chinese New Year and had no 3rd party support. Save yourself heartache make sure there are plenty of reviews. Since writing this the company has asked to remove my negative review and they would give me 50 bucks instead of addressing the issue. To recap scooter had a few miles on it and was shut down probably needed a reset but no customer service support, 2 no follow up customer support, 3 took weeks for a response which didn't help at all 4 returned the unit and had to chase my money which I did get a credit from Amazon. This company is just not set up fo4 servicing US customers buyer beware

Awesome purchase. Scooter is very well built. Wish the rubber cover of the charge hole sealed better but overall outstanding ride.

I weigh 180 lbs and the motor kept overheating causing scooter to completely shut down after 1 mile on flat surfaces in 50 degree weather and you have to wait for 10+ minutes for it to cool down before it'll power up again. Frustrating when your commute is 3 miles. Plus it never went above 13 mph in "S"port mode. Boxed it up and returned it yesterday.

Came broken with the rear tail light assembly cracked in half. Wish it would come with 2 chargers is it supports it tires leak air have to fill up if I want to ride.
