Yealink W76P - IP DECT Phone Bundle W56H with W70 Base

Setup was straightforward, and the call clarity is crystal-clear. The range easily covers my home and part of the yard. The handset feels solid, battery life is long, and the interface is simple to navigate. Ideal for small-office or home-office setups — professional quality at a reasonable price.

The Yealink W76P works perfectly for our small business! It has excellent range capability, great sound quality, tons of features, a bright and large display, excellent battery life, and even came with a belt clip for portability. Setup was super easy using the provided instruction manual, and it auto provisioned flawlessly with our VOIP Provider, RingCentral! We had the phone fully setup and working with our VOIP service in less than 10 minutes after opening the package! Highly recommend!

Absolute junk that never worked. We ordered this phone as it was the premium edition of phones that were compatible with our system. It was so frustrating because the base never connected. We watched every video, scanned every website (and we are technical people) but the handset could simply never find the base. Hours of time wasted on this junk. I'm writing this review 2 years later because I decided to plug the phone in again and give it a try. Still doesn't work, refuses to connect to the handset. Expensive mistake.

The manual has a few things that are not as intuitive as they seem - I had to go online and do a search about some of the terms they used, but once installed has worked flawlessly

This DECT phone is nothing special. It is a standard VOIP phone that you can add additional VOIP handsets to. At over $160.00, it is overpriced for what it is. Here are some complaints about this device: 1: The handset is very thin and wide. It is also slippery and is easily dropped. 2: Due to the handset being so thin, you cannot stand it on a desk while you use the speakerphone. It will fall over. We have to prop it up on something, in order to stand it on the desk while using the speakerphone. 3: The "Transfer" button is next to the microphone, on the bottom of the handheld. We have accidentally hit this button while on several calls. It is a horrible design. 4: The headphone jack is in the bottom of the phone, and not the top or side. 5: Random disconnects - We have experienced random call disconnects while using this DECT, where our other phones do not disconnect.

works very good. clear voice. not too loud, wish it was a little louder. great area coverage with the w70b base. Yealink as a company has about no support, and seem to make even creating a ticket, extremely challenging. you cannot just send them what the problem is, they demand things that aren't humanly normal, such as " an attachment"? if you have nothing at attach, you cannot submit the ticket. but the phone it self, is built well, not heavy but good. hope they update the firmware soon as it can use many improvements. July 10: hand set can store 100 contacts only. That makes the 1000 number storage on the base worthless. Add: they don’t even make a compatible handset that can store more than 100. That’s misleading marketing, considering that cordless is for portability and it’s essential to have access to as many contacts as possible BY name search on the handset when needed. Chopped a star to 3. Considering a return and getting something that can be actually used.

The product desription says ... 1 Lithium Ion batteries required. (included). It did not. I was given a 20% refund and no battery. Terrible. Now I have to find a battery to work.

I was thankful that this model of phone was available. However, ended up needing a different model of Yealink as we determined that the offices that needed to use the Cordless feature of this phone were too far from where the phone base would be located

Nice little IP phone.

This product doesn't work. The phone was pre assigned to a different account and my phone provider is unable to remove the phone assignment. Return this package isn't an option on amazon and it says contact manufacture. Overall not an enjoyable process and if I cant return it I'm out 200

Die Einrichtung war etwas kompliziert und bei yealink findet man nicht wirklich eine Anleitung, aber seitdem funktioniert es gut. Lediglich den "low energy mode" der Basis musste ich deaktivieren, denn damit verlor das Mobilteil ständig die Verbindung.

I configured the SIP account. Everything seems went well. But the base was unable to register with the account. There was no way to reset the base. I have returned this. I am, however, buying another same unit to try slightly different ways to set the SIP account step by step. I will update my review when I succeed with a new unit.
