This is my favorite miso soup ever and one of the best purchases I've made on amazon to date! I've re-ordered several times and this product is now a staple in my house. I've only tried the Spinach, Cabbage & Carrots flavor but I have ordered some others and can't wait to try.Pro tip: Tsubi Miso Soup with Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen makes for a very delicious, healthy (and vegan, gluten free ☺️) bowl of ramen and is one of my favorite meals. I boil some water, pour some out onto the miso cube and use the remaining boiling water to cook my noodles. I throw a little Siracha in the noodles and then pour them in the bowl with the miso! SO YUMMY! With only 165 calories and under 500 mg sodium for a bowl of ramen soup? You can't beat that! Even just the miso alone is a yummy satisfying dish! I really can't recommend this product enough so if you're on the fence about this one just take my word for it and go for it!!!

Excellent miso soup! When I had a craving for miso, I came straight to Amazon. In that I’m a vegan, there were several kinds I couldn’t purchase (watch for fish ingredients), but this one is for vegans and the reviews looked very good. I just sat down to my first bowl and it’s perfectly delicious!! It’s the easiest thing in the world to make, has excellent flavor and texture — I absolutely love it and recommend it to my fellow shoppers without reservation.

This soup is delicious, excellent taste and healthy ingredients. My only complaint is the high price for a pack that makes only four six ounce s servings. It has such a great flavor but leaves you wanting more! Would buy regularly if price was not too high.

The miso soup with crunchy vegetables (spinach, cabbage & carrots) is one of, if not the most delicious soup packets I’ve ever tasted. The flavor is surprisingly good & has depth without being a sodium bomb like some other miso soups. Also has a lot of veggies that actually taste fresh when rehydrated. One packet is great for me for a light meal but I can see how it wouldn’t be enough for others.Look forward to trying more flavors!

This miso is a block of hard powder and it has a lot of veggies in it. It wasn’t the traditional miso I am used to. The packages with the paste are much better.

I am so happy to have found them, delicious, really real veggies with freshness you can taste and see, great for kids , mom, everybody, what i love about it is that once it's ready '3" mn the veggies are like you just put them yourself in, nothing like other soup . I purchased 1 st, and got 7 more. Thank you for your great product. Customer for life.

It’s a bit more pricey than what I usually pay for any miso soup packs but this one is the BEST. Great taste, vegan, and I love the variations with veggies inside. Def recommend!

It tastes good, but I didn't realize until I received this and looked at the ingredients that it isn't real Miso - real vegan Miso contains Koji which is fermented rice, soybeans or barley with salt and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae which makes it extremely healthy and beneficial which is the whole point of consuming Miso. This is just expensive vegetable stock. I won't be purchasing again unless they make it real vegan Miso soup with the Koji.
