Q: Is this youth or adult size. Need Youth size 14-16.

We ordered the adult small and it was fine for my child who needed 14-16. We could not find a youth size anywhere.

Q: What size should I order for a man who is 6'4" and about 180 pounds... xl or xxl? i don't want the arms to be too short. Is this soft material?

Sizes run as usual- my son ordered size M and it fits him well - that's his usual size.

Q: my 14 son is 6', 150, would the M or L be better?

They're a little short from length, you might want a larger size.
